This 16th century formula was developed by the Ming dynasty physician Gong Tingxian and was originally published in “Bring Spring Back to Myriad Diseases.” Shu Jin Li An San is traditionally used to help treat wind-cold-dampness Bi syndrome by dispersing wind-cold-damp, clearing heat, activating the blood, and unblocking the meridians.
