Lagenbone Nourishing Soup


  • 1 Lagenbone gel 
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1 small piece of ginseng, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 liters of chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Additional vegetables or herbs of your choice


  1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Add the Lagenbone gel, goji berries, and ginseng slices. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped carrots and celery, and any other vegetables or herbs you prefer.
  4. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for an additional 20-30 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
